Once a design proof is approved, production will begin, and changes may not be possible.
4. Pricing & Payments

- Payment must be made in full before production begins
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraud
5. Proofs & Approvals
We provide digital design proofs where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs carefully.
Custom Patches London is not responsible for errors once a design proof has been approved.
6. Production & Delivery
Production times and delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs or international shipping processes
- Events beyond our reasonable control

Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
